It’s no secret I love to tailgate. The food, the drinks, the people, and the school spirit make for an ideal Saturday. My goals for tailgate dishes are low prep time and easy clean up. As a Carolina fan, I know all too well about noon game times and waking up at 6 am to prepare food that can cook while I shower and get ready. I’m excited to share my go-to recipes that have tantalized taste buds at our tailgates the last 5 years and evolved into my regular party spread due to their popularity.
